We are excited to invite you to a refreshing weekend of worshipping, learning, fellowshipping, and growing at our 2025 Michiana Women’s Retreat in Fort Wayne, Indiana!
Come ready to relax, be filled, and grow deeper in faith and fellowship with other women. We’ll share in worship, powerful teaching, laughter, prayer, and quiet moments with God—each part designed to remind you that His abundance is always enough.
This retreat aims to remind us of the abundant peace, abundant joy, abundant grace, abundant friendships, and abundant life we find in Christ. It’s a time to step away from the everyday demands we face and open our hearts to receive all that God longs to pour into us.

Guest Speaker
Alexandra Ghoman of the Charleston Church of Christ in Charleston, SC will be our guest speaker! She has been a women’s ministry leader there since 2021, but prior to that, led campus ministry in Boston for 10 years. Alexandra and her husband Jesse have been married for 13 years. They welcomed their third daughter into the world earlier this year! Alexandra will speak to us about the abundant life that can only be found in Jesus Christ.

Registration
The registration fee includes a catered breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning for all attendees as well as a registration gift!
Early Bird Registration: $90 ends on July 13th (Bonus Registration Gift at Check In!)
Regular Registration: $100 ends September 4th
Late registration: $110 ends September 26th
PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for the block of hotel rooms ends September 4th. Housing will not be guaranteed after September 4th. A registration gift is also not guaranteed if registering after September 4th.
Refund Policy
If cancelling before September 12th, you will receive a full refund with a $20 cancellation fee. After September 12th, those cancelling will receive a half refund with a $20 cancellation fee. You may also gift your registration to another individual if you are no longer able to go. If you are wanting to transfer your registration to someone else, please let Tori Hood know by emailing [email protected].
Housing
Hotel Reservations are available at a discount to our group at the Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center for a special rate of $129 per night. This rate will only be available through September 4th!

Check-out: 12pm is at noon on Sunday, September 28th (we encourage you to check out before the church service begins)
Amenities:
A catered breakfast will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday morning of the retreat.
Each room, regardless of its configuration, comes equipped with a microwave and mini fridge.
The fitness center at the hotel is available for guests, there is no pool.
Parking
For guests with hotel reservation – parking is available at the Civic Center Parking Garage (attached to hotel) for $15/day. There are also other lots and garages available in downtown Fort Wayne at varying prices.
Sisters from Fort Wayne can park for free in the Allen County Public Library lot if they have a library card.
Merchandise
T-shirts and sweatshirts are available for purchase until September 4th! Please note all sizing is unisex sizing.

How are roommates decided for this retreat?
You are responsible for finding your own roommates and coordinating the hotel reservation with them. If you are looking for someone to room with, we encourage you to speak with your ministry leader.
What should I bring?
Clothes, toiletries, Bible, notebook, water bottle, chargers, any cards/board games
