Worship

In worship, we embrace the transcendent, and acknowledge that there is something other, something holy, something much greater than us that gives our lives meaning and purpose, filling us with hope in an often hopeless world. The Apostle Paul, in Ephesians, teaches us that we are created “to be for the praise of His glory (Eph 1:11).” Worship is a part of our spiritual DNA, and when we neglect it, or ignore it, or minimize its importance, we do so to our own spiritual, psychological, and possibly eternal detriment.

It is with these thoughts in mind that the Rise Church is committed to pushing boundaries in our worship ministry, experimenting with new ideas, new music, drama, spoken word, and other things that help each member to fully engage in the worship of God.
